Those reflective pieces work with the rear view mirror to give you a good look at things around and behind you. Some products use the name blind spot mirror. These adjust easier to help you see your blind spot better.
What companies make replacement mirrors?You probably expect to find replacements from Honda because it makes the Fits. Honda does make exterior mirrors for all models of this vehicle. However, in addition to products from Honda, you can get side view mirrors from other companies. Brock, Dorman, Keystone Automotive Operations, and TYC all make side view mirrors for the Fit. Some of these are kits that come with both the reflective piece and the covering that protects that piece. Other companies sell just replacement glass. You can use the glass to fix any broken mirror on any generation of Fit.
