The Jordan Trainer Prime pays homage to Jordan brand's 12th signature shoe almost two decades after its release. Heavily inspired by the OG Air Jordan 12s, summer 2017 introduced a tonal version of the Jordan Trainer Prime in a Triple Black colorway. Its construction features a ventilating mesh upper along with Flywire Cables incorporated with the laces for extra support. Alternating materials display the asymmetrical design recognized on the original AJ 12 and its popular retro releases. After the release of the Air Jordan 12 Wool during fall 2016, the Jordan Trainer Prime Triple Black seemed to be a very familiar version of the silhouette for the hotter months. Jordan triple black kept the "two-3" branding on the tongue while sporting an updated sleeker look with synthetic panels and Lunarlon foam cushioning.
