    Z Flip beats the Razr

    I've had a Motolora Razr for more than 1.5 years and I really wanted to like it. I loved it when I first got it, but it didn't age well. I carry my phone in my pocket so the idea of a flip smartphone is brilliant for me. Unfortunately, the Razr disappointed me once too many times. The Samsung Z Flip 5G is what I hoped the Razr would be. It's better in these ways: The glass screen is larger and brighter. Battery life is considerably longer. The Z Flip supports wireless charging. It has 256GB of storage vs. 128GB for the Razr. Better cameras. It's faster. I must admit, the Razr's large external screen was very useful and I'd love to see Samsung add that to the next version of the Z Flip. It's too bad there isn't more competition, but in the flip smartphone contest the Samsung Z Flip is the clear winner...in my opinion.

    Love this device!

    This is like a modern blast from the past, a homage to the popular flip phones of the 2000s.... but with modern software. I wasn't expecting much but its an excellent phone. The folding screen is more durable than I thought it'd be and the hinge feels solid. The z flip 3 is out soon but honestly for a good price the z flip 5g is the better deal since they aren't that drastically different.

    Excellent size, out-performs my Note 9

    Excellent size, and as an upgrade out performs my Note 9, well worth it because it easily fit's my pocket, even with the Otter Box cover which is just bigger than the case itself. Battery is 3300 mAh, and fine for me. This style of phone is very convenient, and likely to be the start of a trend, good for me for two more years, maybe three.
